Product features
- Original imported oil pumps are used, providing stable and reliable oil supply;
- Flow rate is controlled by frequency conversion, enabling precise control and convenient, quick adjustment;
- Remote and local control can be freely switched, with all pressure and flow data being monitored and transmitted remotely in a real-time manner.
- Fuels like light oil, heavy diesel oil, heavy oil and tar can be used for combustion.
- The atomization effect is good, the adjustment ratio is large, and the flow adjustment amplitude is over 1:4.5.
- Oil-gas mixing technology is applied, along with rational matching design of oil holes and air holes and excellent processing techniques. This effectively prevents issues like nozzle clogging and coking, while also providing a strong combustion-supporting function.
- Combustion is complete, with no black smoke or oil dripping.
- All components have been proven in the market, being stable, easy to control, convenient and practical, and able to meet the demands of various oil supply working scenarios.
MK energy-saving ignition oil gun
Product features
- A pioneering dual-air structure is selected: primary air is used for atomization and oxygen provision, while secondary air provides forced oxygen. Redundant oxygen supply releases every joule of energy from the fuel, achieving an oil-saving performance of at least 65%.
- The two-stage fire control technology formed by dual air ensures stable and solid flame flow, which continuously supports combustion under the impact of any type of coal.
- With a dual-air structure, the end face of the gun head restricts coking, and the secondary air realizes self-cooling. Without external damage, the oil gun body can permanently
- Add external air to balance the flame, preventing the fuel entrained in the air flow from diverging randomly to cause a "brake-like effect" and making the flame shape more reasonable.

Heavy oil spray gun
The heavy oil spray gun is a key component of the heavy oil combustion system. It functions to atomize heavy oil into fine particles, enabling full combustion in the kiln and providing heat for cement production. After being preheated to reduce viscosity, the heavy oil enters the burner in two paths (swirling oil and axial-flow oil). These two streams converge into one at the gun head and enter the kiln through the orifices of the atomizing plate. Meanwhile, the central air disperses and pushes back the high-temperature gas around the spray head, cools the interior and end face of the spray head to protect the burner head.
