- High-efficiency pulse jet technology: The rational selection of new-type diaphragm electromagnetic pulse valves with low resistance, high efficiency and long service life, combined with the unique design and processing methods of the jet pipe, has completely transformed the ash cleaning method of the bag filter.
- The filter adopts the compartmentalized offline pulse row-jet cleaning method, featuring both online and offline cleaning modes that can be switched between each other, and it delivers stronger capacity and better effect in offline ash cleaning. Meanwhile, online bag replacement is available.
- High-temperature resistant filter material application technology: Combined with the characteristics of rotary kiln flue gas, high-temperature resistant composite filter materials are used at the kiln head and kiln tail. This solves the problems of high temperature of rotary kiln flue gas and short service life of ordinary filter materials, while taking into account the performance-price ratio of the filter materials.
- Detection & monitoring technology: In view of the operating characteristics of the filter, advanced online detection and monitoring equipment for flue gas temperature, operating equipment fault detection, etc., are installed. It can fulfill all functions such as measurement, monitoring, control, alarm, protection and interlocking inside the bag filter, enabling real-time monitoring of the filter's operation.
- PLC technology: The PLC provided by SIEMENS is adopted for control, which is equipped with a communication interface with the system DCS, enabling manual/automatic control of the bag filter.
- Equipment resistance control: Through a series of unique considerations in equipment design, the safety and reliability of the overall equipment resistance are ensured from both the equipment structure and filter material aspects.
Structure:
The bag filter system consists of components such as the filter, ash conveying system, electrical control system, and non-standard pipelines. The composition of the system process is shown in the figure below.
